Our Tracking Studies
DEKAMER has been tracking many sea turtles with the support of different institutions and organizations. In addition to these studies, DEKAMER has started to carry out tracking studies that will contribute to ongoing studies by creating its own financial resources. You can track these turtles on this page.
The first turtles to be tracked in this context were Berra and Beste, which we released into the sea in Belek during the COP22 Conference held in Antalya in December 2021. The list and the map on this page will be updated as we start tracking new turtles.
Satellite tracking studies are very costly due to the devices and technical processes used. If you want to support our studies and give a name to the turtles, you can contact us
