We started tracking of male and subadult sea turtles under the scope of Conservation of Marine Turtles in the Mediterranean Region Project, supported by MAVA Foundation. Within the scope of the Conservation of MarineTurtles in the Mediterranean Region Project, carried out with the support of the MAVA Foundation, DEKAMER conducts joint studies with partners from France, Northern Cyprus, Tunisia and Greece on topics such as protecting nesting beaches, monitoring the effects of climate change, determining migration routes and wintering areas of sea turtles.
